Booking terms

These terms apply to tractor bookings and online payments made through the Padmavathi Enterprises website.

Payments on this website may be for a tractor booking advance, the full payment for a confirmed tractor purchase, an amount due on an existing booking, or another service offered by Padmavathi Enterprises. The purpose and amount will be shown before payment.

The amount payable for a booking or service will be shown before payment. Final tractor price, availability and any additional charges will be confirmed by Padmavathi Enterprises.

We may contact you if a selected tractor is unavailable or if there is a clear price or product-information error. We will explain the available options before making any change.

Mobile verification and payment

We may ask you to verify your mobile number before creating or retrieving a booking. Do not share an OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN or banking password with anyone.

Online payments are handled through a secure payment page or app. A payment is confirmed only after we receive confirmation from the payment service. If a payment is pending, failed or cancelled, please do not pay again immediately; contact us with your booking and payment reference so we can check it.

Finance and handover

Any loan, finance approval, interest rate, registration, insurance or subsidy decision is made by the relevant bank or authority. Padmavathi Enterprises may help with dealer documents where agreed, but does not approve loans on behalf of a bank.

Tractor handover happens only after the required payment, documents and dealership checks are complete.

Booking cancellations and payment refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Please review that policy for complete details on cancellation terms, eligible review scenarios, and refund timelines.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide correct contact and booking information, use only a payment method you are authorised to use, and contact us promptly if your mobile number or booking details need correction. Do not misuse the website or intentionally make duplicate payments.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future bookings. A change will not silently alter a confirmed booking or payment.
